Cecila

"O Cecila, I'm down on my knees. I'm begging you please to come home…." Could you just melt!  This is my good friends' first daughter. After three boys she was shocked to find out she was going to have her own little princess!!  The shoot went well. Cecila was awake when I got there. We took the shots and she squirmed and smiled the entire time! What a doll!

The Parks

I'll tell you one of the most challenging photoshots for even the best of photographers.... toddlers, and newborns--- in the same picture at the same time--- trying to get them all to to smile, and not cry, all at the same time.  This sitting happened to consist of these toddler/baby elements, but I was totally impressed with the Parks. The parents were cool, they brought grandma to help manage behind the scenes and the kids were great!!! It was a perfect day and the family is just as cute and wonderful as they look in the photos. It also happened to be mom Park's birthday--- she was turning 18 ;) We gradutated a year apart and I have been lucky to call this girl friend since our early twenties!  I'm still working on my vintage look... it's fun to see what possibilites there are in the programs I am working with!

Washburn

First off, hats off to these kids… I used a realllllllly cold pole as a prop in this shoot. So anytime you see them holding onto a pole--- just know they are experiencing intense chill.  We would shoot in the shadows than run to the sun to keep warm on this photo shoot. The family did great!  This shoot was at the Train Depot in Ogden.  There is always a million backgrounds to choose from here! The weather cooperated -- besides being really cold. On this shoot I'm testing out a new program to enhance my "vintage look." I hope you like it.

Sarah

This was a perfect sitting. Overcast skies, Provo architecture and a beautiful model.  How can you get better than that!  This happens to be my sister-in-law.  I'm hoping my girls--if I have em-- will come out looking just like Sarah, and the rest of her sisters of course ;)  Sarah will marry in January but we had to act fast before the cold set in and we lost the autumn colors. Only two and a half months to go sis ;)  I know your wedding will be perfect because you're starting with the most important details--- two wonderful people.

Peterson

This is the person I've known since I was five and in moon boots. Boni and Family are the best!  And what's even better is that my baby and her baby are a month a part so they are going to be kindergarten friends too!!!!  Now if I can just find a house by hers (wherever she is living in five years of course). You can never see too much of Farmington this time of year so I found myself there one week after I shot Taylor's seniors. The autumn has been great this year!!! Getting three little ones four and under to smile all at the same time was tricky but animal crackers did the trick on this sitting. Again I am practicing with the vintage look so I hope it's OK.

Taylor

Put the best part of every kind of person and jam them into one person and there you have Taylor.  She is great!  This is her senior sitting-- I'm experimenting with the vintage look-- if I did horribly just smile awkwardly at me when you tell me "O those pictures were so cute-- I especially liked the color" and I'll get the point ;)  This sitting was on Farmington Main Street and it was a perfect autumn afternoon. I wish Taylor all the best in the world as she moves on to COLLEGE next year!
